Program Ulthera SPT

Lifting with Real-Time Visualization for More Precise, Personalized Care

What is Program Ulthera?

Program Ulthera SPT is a non-surgical skin lifting treatment using Microfocused Ultrasound with Visualization (MFU-V) technology. Focused ultrasound energy is delivered at different depths beneath the skin to stimulate collagen production and support gradual tightening of the skin and underlying structures.

One of the key features of Ulthera is Real-Time Visualization, which allows the physician to visualize tissue layers during treatment and tailor the treatment plan to each individual’s anatomy.

What concerns can Program Ulthera address?

Program Ulthera may be suitable for individuals who are beginning to notice skin laxity or age-related changes in facial contours, including:

  • Drooping brows or outer eye area

  • Sagging cheeks

  • Loss of jawline definition

  • Skin laxity under the chin

  • Loose skin around the neck

  • Those looking to improve skin firmness without surgery

Results develop gradually as the body produces and remodels collagen. The degree and timing of improvement may vary from person to person.

How does Program Ulthera work?

Program Ulthera delivers focused ultrasound energy through the skin surface to precise depths determined by the physician.

The energy creates controlled Thermal Coagulation Points (TCPs) within the targeted tissue, initiating the body’s natural healing response and stimulating collagen production and remodeling.

Over time, this process helps the skin feel firmer and appear more lifted without creating an open wound on the skin surface.

Three Treatment Depths for Different Skin Layers

Program Ulthera offers multiple transducers that allow physicians to deliver energy at different depths depending on the treatment area and individual anatomy.

1.5 mm — Upper Dermis

Targets the more superficial dermal layer and may be selected for areas where improving skin firmness and fine lines is the primary concern.

3.0 mm — Deep Dermis

Delivers energy deeper into the skin and may be used to address laxity within the deeper dermal layer.

4.5 mm — Deep Structural Layer

Targets deeper supporting structures and may be used in appropriate areas such as the cheeks, jawline and under the chin.

The appropriate treatment depth is not the same for everyone. The physician selects the transducer based on tissue thickness, treatment area and individual facial anatomy.

Real-Time Visualization: A Key Feature of Program Ulthera

One of the features that distinguishes Ulthera from many other energy-based lifting technologies is its ability to provide Real-Time Visualization of the tissue during treatment.

This allows the physician to assess the depth and position of structures beneath the skin before delivering energy, helping determine the appropriate treatment depth and placement.

Because skin thickness, facial fat and underlying anatomy vary from person to person, visualization is an important part of creating an individualized Ulthera treatment plan.

Program Ulthera SPT Technique at Reva Clinic

At Reva Clinic, Program Ulthera is performed according to the See – Plan – Treat (SPT) approach, allowing the treatment to be tailored to each individual's facial anatomy.

S — SEE

Visualize the tissue before treatment

Real-Time Visualization allows the physician to assess skin thickness, facial fat and deeper structural layers.

P — PLAN

Create an individualized treatment plan

Treatment areas, number of Lines, treatment depths and energy placement are planned according to facial anatomy and individual treatment goals.

T — TREAT

Deliver energy to the planned tissue layers

Treatment is performed according to the individualized plan, allowing each Line to be delivered at the intended location and depth.

How Many Ulthera Lines Do You Need?

The appropriate number of Lines should not be determined by age alone.

At Reva Clinic, physicians consider several factors, including:

  • Treatment area

  • Degree of skin laxity

  • Skin and facial fat thickness

  • Facial size and anatomy

  • Individual treatment goals

As a general guide:

200–400 Lines
May be suitable for selected areas or individuals with relatively mild laxity.

400–600 Lines
May be considered when treating multiple areas of the face and jawline.

600–800 Lines
May be considered for more comprehensive treatment of the face and under-chin area.

1,000–1,200 Lines
May be considered when multiple areas, such as the face, under-chin area and neck, require treatment.

These ranges are general guidelines only. The appropriate number of Lines should be assessed individually by a physician.

What Makes Program Ulthera at Reva Clinic Different?

At Reva Clinic, Program Ulthera is not planned according to the number of Lines alone. We focus on understanding each individual's facial anatomy and designing a treatment plan accordingly.

Personalized Line Assessment

The number of Lines is assessed according to facial size, degree of laxity, treatment area and individual tissue structure, rather than using the same predetermined number for every patient.

This allows the physician to determine both the appropriate treatment area and number of Lines based on each individual case.

Iconic Lifting by Reva Clinic

Iconic Lifting is Reva Clinic's approach to personalized facial lifting, designed by our medical team according to each patient's concerns, facial anatomy, tissue layers and desired outcome.

Rather than selecting a treatment based on a single device, our physicians can assess whether Program Ulthera should be performed alone or combined with other lifting technologies to address different tissue layers when appropriate.

Annual Skin Structural Check-Up

For patients who return for ongoing treatment, our physicians can reassess the structures beneath the skin and monitor changes over time.

This information can then be used to help plan subsequent lifting treatments according to how the individual's facial structure has changed.

Ultherapy Private Lounge

Patient comfort is an important part of the Ulthera experience at Reva Clinic. Before treatment, topical anesthetic is applied for approximately two hours to allow adequate time for the numbing effect to develop.

During this preparation period, patients can relax in our Ultherapy Private Lounge, with a private space, entertainment, refreshments and snacks available while they wait.

Certificate & Treatment Record

After Program Ulthera, patients receive a Certificate and treatment documentation from the company, providing a record of treatment performed using an authentic Ultherapy device and treatment information that can be verified.

Collaborative Treatment & Follow-Up

Treatment goals are discussed together with the patient so that the lifting plan reflects their concerns, facial anatomy and desired outcome.

Every case is scheduled for a post-treatment follow-up, allowing the physician and patient to review changes together, compare outcomes and use the findings to guide future treatment planning.

Before Program Ulthera

Before treatment, the physician will assess your facial anatomy, medical history and previous aesthetic treatments.

Please inform your physician if you:

  • Have underlying medical conditions or take regular medication

  • Have medical devices or implanted materials in the treatment area

  • Have previously received fillers, botulinum toxin or collagen biostimulators

  • Have recently undergone laser or other energy-based lifting treatments

  • Have active inflammation, wounds or other skin conditions in the treatment area

Your physician will assess the appropriate timing and treatment sequence for your individual case.

After Program Ulthera

Most patients can return to their usual daily activities after treatment.

Temporary redness, swelling, tightness or tenderness beneath the skin may occur, although individual experiences vary.

Follow your physician's aftercare instructions, maintain regular moisturization and sun protection, and contact the clinic if you experience unusual or persistent symptoms.

Is Program Ulthera Right for You?

Choosing a lifting treatment should involve more than simply choosing a device. Facial laxity can originate from different tissue layers and anatomical changes.

At Reva Clinic, our physicians assess your face and underlying tissue structure before determining whether Program Ulthera is appropriate for you or whether another lifting technology should be incorporated into your treatment plan.
